Hi, I was a loyal customer for two years until today. I had a booking with Kostas. To be fair, I arrived 15 minutes late which is totally my fault. When I arrived, there was only Mischa, who I didn’t have an appointment with. He said I was too late and he can’t do anything for me anymore. I told him I was sorry for the delay and asked whether I could come back at a later point to get my pre paid haircut. He said everything is booked today, which is not true according to the app. Money gone.

He was super confident, he knew straight away how I want the hairstyle, very knowledgable about what is important for me and the general hairstyle. Also super flexible with my wishes and when he started, I knew it will end up amazingly! I’m definitelly coming back!

Ik kreeg een top behandeling! Ik vertelde dat ik mijn huidige kapsel zat was. Misha heeft mijn haar geknipt en daarna de moeite genomen om mij te laten zien hoe ik het kon dragen. Ik ging weg met een afgerond masterclass en een strak nieuw kapsel.
