It seemed to be delayed for 30mins upon arrival. The treatment was ok and specialist was kind, explained everything well. I’m not sure I’ll spend my money here again. I asked to cut my brows a bit before shaping and this was not possible. I feel the salon needs improvements on planning and communication and for example to get a towel when you get the treatment to set better expectations and experience better value for money.
