Atmosphere is perfect. It wasn't painful putting the lashes on. But she doesn't know how to deal with customer complaints and doesn't offer solution when I told her that I think a lash is poking my eyes. She said she can check again but found nothing. And said she doesn't know. This is not how a professional handles a customer service or a complaint. Not even offering solution to solve the provlem. I'm very disappointed in that part.
