Natasha is extremely knowledgeable and from short description she knew what was causing my problems and addressed that immediately. I really love that she shared exercises with me to target the problem to help me solve my back issues. I'm very impressed

Natascha really knows what she is doing. She has a lot of knowledge about muscles and could explain to me why certain muscles were causing me discomfort. The massage was very effective for me and she showed me some exercises I could do to help my muscles. Definitely recommend going to her.
