Mijn nek en schouders zaten helemaal vast. Nu ben ik een stuk flexibeler en voelt het meer ontspannen. Krijg ook oefeningen mee voor thuis. Ik zal haar zeker aanbevelen bij andere die veel rug en schouder klachten heeft.

Again Natasha knew to locate the tension in my body quickly within the first half of my session. When she induced the tension release (this is painful but absolutely worth it) the built up tensions of some rough months at work released. Tears where literally pouring down my face when Natasha reactivated my fagus nerve. I cant recommend her enough.
