I paid for the refill treatment on-line and paid up-front, but I didn’t get my lashes done. The lady told me I needed to book more time. Which I couldn’t have known. I was 4 weeks after the previous refill. Instead of rebooking me and offering me any alternative, I was just told my lashes cannot be done at the day, and I lost the money and was not treated at all. Quite a shocking experience I have to say.
