arrived and wasn’t acknowledged. waited for 25 minutes until i was forced to go up to the hardworking woman and interrupt the treatment of someone, so I could ask about my appointment that was suppose to start 25 minutes ago!! I had another appointment after so i couldn’t wait another 50 minutes. this place is poorly managed and its such a shame because they can be quite profitable if they were better managed. they couldn’t issue me a refund through treatwell which i find it outrageous!

Mijn teen nagels werden gedaan met een nagellak die leeg was. Er was geen nieuwe beschikbaar. De nagellak werd toen geschraapt om nog mijn teen nagels te kunnen doen. Dat vindt ik niet professioneel.
