I just had the worst experience at your salon. I always come to Eric and have always been happy with his work, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The girl who did my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name, did a terrible job on my nails, and made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I didn’t feel free to leave. I have never been treated this way at your salon before, and I find this behavior completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed

Appointment felt very rushed. I also came in with a broken nail and feel like it’s a bit much for charge €7 extra to fix
