Ik werd niet geholpen door Emmy maar door een nieuwe man. Ik moet zeggen ze doen m’n nagels altijd mooi en het is niet echt duur maar ze laten je elke keer 45 minuten wachten, zijn redelijk onbeleefd en communiceren lichtelijk gefrustreerd.
