Pedicure itself was good. But I had to wait at least 25 mins for my appointment. Also when I entered no one seemed to have any interest, no one asked me when was my booking. It all happened very randomly.

Afschuwelijke klantenservice. Had afspraak voor gel-pedicure (20 euro). Kwam precies op tijd en moest toen 40 minuten wachten. Toen ik eindelijk geholpen werd, was de vrouw buitengewoon onprofessioneel. Ze zat op haar telefoon en liep telkens weg. Daarna zei ze ineens dat ik 50 euro moest betalen. Ik zei dat dat niet klopte en liet de afspraak bevestiging zien. Toen begon ze tegen me te schreeuwen dat ik moest betalen. Ook wilde ze dat ík haar manager zou bellen als ik het er niet mee eens was.

There was a mouse running around in the salon, they had no card payment. The pomace is very dirty. There was 30 min delay on my appointment and my nails looks really bad after the manicure shellac.
