I booked an appointment for nail extensions with a chrome finish, but the technician seemed unsure and insisted on her own technique, pushing me to choose a base that wouldn’t achieve the result I wanted. Despite her being a “professional”, she later said it was my choice when the outcome was wrong. The salon didn’t feel (hygienic) the equipment seemed old and poorly sanitized, and the language barrier made communication very difficult. The final result didn’t match what was shown on their insta
