Stephanie, ze heeft me alles heel uitgebreid uitgelegd over kleur en hoe we het beste precies de kleur konden bereiken die ik wilde. Er hing een heel ontspannen sfeer en we hadden ondertussen ook erg leuke gesprekken. Ze ging bovendien heel voorzichtig en zorgzaam om met mijn haar en hoofdhuid — ik voelde echt dat ze veel aandacht besteedde aan goede verzorging. Ik blijf zeker in de toekomst bij haar terugkomen.

The keratin treatment is organic, with no strong odor or smoke during the process. Overall, it made my hair healthier. However, my ends were already damaged, and after the treatment they became even drier than before. In the end, I had no choice but to cut them off. So, my conclusion is that it works well for frizzy or non-damaged hair, but it may not be suitable for already damaged ends.
