Went to get my roots done, everything seemed fine at first but after I got home only I noticed how bad the dye job was...uneven patches of colour on one side which i had to go get fixed and worst of all when I left the salon and touched the back of my neck there was still bleach/toner completely unwashed on my hair! it was all stuck together and had dried out, when I got home and washed off the unwashed parts, the hair started falling off from that part. Not recommend.
