It was my first time trying out WI Kappers after reading all the great reviews for Jana! Super happy with the entire consultation process as Jana took time to listen to what I wanted and then came up with some ideas for what could be done. The outcome was great! Definitely recommend her and will be back again ☺️

Traveled all the way to be told the hairdresser is not there. No one bothered to call me and move the appointment. I understand when people have personal problems, but the correct thing to do would have been to call and cancel, seeing as it involves paying for puclic transport and walking in the rain to get there and back. Will be going to my regular hairdresser at Kinki Kapper, thought I would give a new salon a try, but best to stick to what you know.
