Didn’t follow instructions regarding an injured area to avoid or pressure preferences. Didn’t work evenly on each side of the body. Would obsess over an area and do the same stroke for several minutes in the same spot with no change or impact to the muscle, which was extremely irritating. And then laughed at me for being injured.
