Friendly staff and a lovely massage, thank you. However, there were flies downstairs and I wasn't sure how tools were sterilised. Pedicure and manicure were okay, but the cuticles were shaved with an electric tool instead of pushed back. The French manicure looked thicker than my reference image, and the gel polish felt too heavy, making my nails look bulky.
