I am very disappointed with this experience. - Although I was on time my appointment didn’t begin until 20 mins after scheduled time. - the stylist made negative comments amy hair which was washed 2.5 days ago as I’d been unwell. - after a freezing cold hair wash I was kept waiting (and shivering) 25 more minutes (having been promised a 5 minute wait). - I was not offered a hot drink unlike the customer next to me. - €60 is what I’d expect to pay in a decent salon - this one was not!

Mijn haar laten knippen en kleuren. Van donkerblond naar lichtblond. Het was nog beter dan ik me had voorgesteld. Ik kreeg ook lekkere koffie. Alles top en ik kom zeker terug.
