Was a great experience… the team was very communicative and provided good service. Only downside was they were overbooked it seems, and understaffed, meaning I had to wait an hour for my appointment (as did several other customers). It was ok because I luckily didn’t have any other urgent appointments, but should definitely be remedied in the future by the salon.
