Iconic. They listened to every detail I wanted and took the time to get to know me, my wishes and my desired outcome. You don’t get this often in Amsterdam. I am very happy with my colour and look forward to my next visit! Best salon in Amsterdam.

Echt super fijn geholpen door Bryan. Niet alleen was het ontzettend gezellig, hij heeft me ook nog eens geweldig geknipt! Super blij met het eindresultaat. Hij weet écht wat hij doet, zonder ongemakkelijke kapper gesprekken. Ik kom zeker terug!

I visited the salon for a simple trim and toning. I clearly communicated that I only wanted to even out the ends while maintaining the length I had been growing out for two years.
Unfortunately, the stylist decided on her own to add layers without consulting me. She cut a significant layer into only one side of my hair before I noticed and could stop her. When I expressed that this was not what I asked for, she simply stopped cutting. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the mistake, and no offer of a discount. The service felt rushed, as the stylist was alternating between me and another client.
I am now left with uneven, unwanted layers that have compromised the length and style I worked so hard to achieve. My main issue is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of professionalism in handling it. I am very disappointed.
