I went to By Gi Beauty for a Brazilian wax after a bad experience at another place where I had a lot of pain and even bleeding. Gigi was fantastic—she’s incredibly attentive, empathetic, and has a wonderful sense of humor that made me feel completely at ease. The experience was so much better than I expected. I’ll definitely be going back for future waxes and trying other treatments as well!”
