Lamination treatment was nice. Regarding shape: I explicitely said I did not want thinner eyebrows but it went the opposite way. I am upset, the lady tried to persuade me that she did not pull out any hair but we both saw it clearly that one side was thinner than the other. I am disappointed about the result for the money I spent there.

Please be aware this is not threading as the description but waxing. I’m usually very happy with the result but yesterday was a catastrophe. I woke up this morning to see the horrible shape my eyebrows are in and had to cry. They’re thin, arched and short- everything I hate and everything I explicitly said I do NOT want. I guess was a one time off but never trusting this place again with my eyebrows.
