Joost is very professional yet with a friendly flair. He clearly knows what he is doing. He is very flexible and he remembered the style that we planned for my fringe after having not visited for a few months (I couldn't get a booking at that time). I was forced to go to a different stylist during those weeks. But now Joost has generously offered to give him a call so he can fit me in his salon's schedule whenever I need - :) which is so kind of him.
