I used to be a happy customer, but lately it feels like they’re taking clients for granted. I booked and paid for a manicure with BIAB, yet they ignored my appointment and went straight to BIAB. My cuticles were cut so roughly they bled, leaving ruffles on each finger. When I pointed it out, they just put my fingers in water and called it a manicure. The nail artists are talented, but they need to be more careful and attentive.
