Ras is a highly skilled barber with a passion for perfection and a commitment to continuous learning. With over 19 years of experience in the barbering industry, his journey began in Ukraine in 2003. Originally trained in interior design, his creative eye naturally led him to the art of male grooming. By 2016, Ras had established himself as a recognized expert, eventually opening his own barbershop in Kyiv. Now, he brings his expertise and dedication to Rotterdam’s vibrant scene, ensuring every client leaves his chair with a smile and eager to return.

Andrew is a passionate barber originally from Ukraine. His career began at 21, and since then, he has honed his craft in Kyiv, Athens, and now in Rotterdam, where he is part of the talented team at 4Men Barbershop. His expertise lies in classic men’s haircuts, precise beard styling, and traditional shaving. He views barbering as an art form—a space where creativity meets precision to craft a look that suits each individual. Outside of work, Andrew finds inspiration in music and art, which fuel his passion for delivering unique and thoughtful experiences to his clients.

With over 12 years of experience in hair artistry, Martin began his journey at an elite French hairdressing academy outside of France. Though he started as a hairdresser, he later pursued his passion for barbering, continually refining his craft for the past 8 years. Originally from Bulgaria, Martin has traveled all over the world, working alongside industry giants and serving a diverse clientele. He proudly earned his reputation as the most requested barber at the legendary “Schorem” for 6 remarkable years. With numerous qualifications and diplomas from various seminars and symposiums, Martin is dedicated to mastering the art of grooming. His time as an ambassador for Redken and Morgan’s stands out as an accomplishment, reflecting his commitment to the industry.
