Louiza is outstanding! Honestly, the best massage therapist in town. She really gets to the roots of your issue, so it's not gentle, but great overall. Go see her if you want your massage to be effective.

She really is a fairy. The massages can be very intense some times if that’s what my body needs, the coaching is at times confronting and challenging but i have transformed myself in a great way.

Louiza has been my total wellbeing person for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t change her for the world. Her coaching program in combination with her massages have helped me turn my life around in the best of ways, and I wil be forever grateful. And the infrared sauna blanket is an amazing way to end my massage sessions.
