**A Little About Me** I’m Lisda Ammann, or Lis for short. I live in The Hague but was born and raised in Indonesia until I was 18. As the owner of Adore Massage, I have developed a passion for Nuad Thai Massage and strive to share my knowledge to help others feel healthier. I obtained my certification from the International Training Massage School Thai Hand in Amsterdam, recognized by Thailand's Ministry of Health and Education. My approach to massage therapy is rooted in personal experience, allowing me to understand how to make others feel comfortable and cater to their preferences. My travels, especially in Asia, have fueled my passion for massage, leading me to explore various techniques and the importance of skilled practitioners. Over the past decade, I have refined my skills by providing massages to family and friends, who have consistently valued my work.
