I originally booked balayage.I was told it wouldn't look good for half my head, so I agreed to a contouring after it was explained to me.I had explicitly said I didn't want it to be blonde. Unfortunately, that's exactly what it is now. I also checked again during the treatment and it was confirmed that it wouldn't turn blonde. Please be aware that if you choose keratin therapy for 80 euros and if you dont have an afro hair type they wont do keratin therapy to you and they will offer either protein or collagen treatments. Every option starts from 160 and goes up to 250. So seeing a 50% discount saying vanaf is completely misleading that you end up paying 150 euros more in the shop. Please set your expectations and do your booking accordingly otherwise it is very delusive

Ella is ontzettend lief en heel goed in haar vak; geeft goed advies, neemt je mee in wat ze wel/niet gaat doen. Daardoor heel erg op m’n gemak en altijd blij met het resultaat! Echt een fijn adres voor een goede knipbeurt!
