When I first came there was no one for my appointment available, someone made me sit and wait 15 mins without saying anything, then offered to have a full pedicure at a higher price than shown online, I said no and she turned around and told the nail tech smt I couldn’t understand. They didn’t even clean the meat around my toes, they didn’t have paint, it was the most horrible pedicure I’ve gotten, so bad I told them to redo it fully, thankfully they did. I ended up getting a different color.
