I had an appointment at 12:30 at Elandsgracht.When I arrived at Elandsgracht on time there were two girls busy with other clients and there was no one who could do my nails. The girls called their boss it would take 5 minutes for another girl to come to the studio. After 10 minutes there was still no one there to help me. So the girls rang again and it took another 3/4 minutes before a third girl showed up. When you have an appointment there should always be someone to help you!! Otherwise there is no use to make an appointment and make an prepayment!

Service was great! The lady that did my nails was fun and really enjoy the designs she was doing on my nails! She also tried options on my nails to see if we both liked it.

Today i arrived on time for my appointment at 1515 but i only started 1545 because one of the staff left. Luckily I don’t have other appointment after. I suggest that next time it happens you should call the client to inform about the situation. I am usually happy with the service and they are very good at what they do so i will let this slip for now.
