Super professional treatment and also reasonably pain-free considering it'd be a bit of time since my last waxing. The plus points: very professional, kind and empathic person, the room was clean and she used clean tools, the bathroom was also clean and the treatment was on time. Cons: the room is quite small so manoevering around isn't the easiest, there was still some wax on my legs and under butt cheeks after cleaning, which I didn't catch until a bit later. Overall, I'd return.
