The salon was cold, with unwelcoming atmosphere and without any wellness ambiance. The personnel was seemingly friendly but the treatment was not professionally done. Shaping eyebrows seems a very simple treatment but you notice immediately who is skilled and who just removes the outgrown hairs. There was no good lighting in the room so many of the fine hairs were still there and I had to remove them at home. I am disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend this salon.

I expected a lot more based on the reviews. I arrived on time, but didn’t start until 10 minutes later as they hadn’t seen my booking and needed to get the room ready. When I saw the room and facial chair, it was extremely basic and felt untidy and not cosy at all. There were marks on the paper towel on the table next to me (wax maybe?) as if it hadn’t been cleaned. There was zero ambience, it didn’t feel clean, I could hear noise from outside and my treatment was interrupted multiple times.
