My other experience here was good. But this time the lady was on the phone the whole time during my appointment, but that’s not the worst part. I showed photos and asked for ombré nails and got something so awful. And I was there for over 2 hours! Her colleague came to fix the nails but I’ve ended up with the thickest acrylic nails, they hurt and look terrible. Really wish I could upload a photo! They told me a “10min fix” which took 30 and they are still not worth any money. Never returning!
