For the second time they moved me through two different therapists - one did the left foot then handed over to someone else to do the right foot! Given each therapist has a slightly different approach ( and I had booked a week ahead)I find this strange.

I didn't get the manicurist I booked (Yanina). The manicurist I got (Nadia) wasn't really helpful to me when I had trouble picking a color. She kept me waiting longer than was necessary to dry the polish.

I just went through the worst beauty experience of my life. What started off as a pleasant experience with a young employee, was quickly interrupted by Megan, who I assume runs the place. In front of my face she told her employee off for being slow and took over her job. She then proceeded to brutally file off half of my nails. In fact the nails are so short, it hurts me to type this review on my keyboard. I assume this rough approach was to show the new employee how efficient she must become.
