My experience was honestly pretty bad. I went there for body waxing and they literally ripped my skin off in certain areas of my legs and arms.. saying that it happened because of my dry skin. Now I cannot go under the sun or my skin will burn or I will get bad brown spots. This is the first thing such a thing happens to me. The wax was too hot, and the girl was apparently in a rush because I was done in 15 minutes. Way too aggressive on the skin. I don't think this is a proper way to work. Just making as many appointments as possibile and not caring for clients at all.
