I had the luxury pedicure and it was great - very relaxing

The person who welcomed me was super aggressive because I was 5mn late for my 15mn treatment, and when I tried to explain there must be a mistake as my treatment was 75mn, she kept at being super pissed and was almost yelling at me. After the waxing I bumped into her and she somewhat apologized for her mistake, and i then went to my pedi, but for whatever reason I got one foot done by one beautician which was great and then she got swapped by another (which I thought was not Ok), and then on top, that person was super harsh and did not take it milder after I had said several times she was hurting me.

I just wish they would give me options since i had mentioned it was my first time. I already knew what i wanted, but the language barrier kind of got in the way i guess. They asked me what colour i want at the end, I wanted "baby boom" and they told me i should have told them before we started the extension. (I did show them pictures at the start) We even took some time to see what kind of extension and explain to me what is what. A clear photo of examples would have been a great help here. They didn't even explained me what shapes i could do, just asked me how long how short, a little bit straight or curvy instead. Again, showing an example or something would have been a great help. I found out later, that it's called "almond shape", the one that i wanted. I didn't end up getting the Almond, but my nails still come out nice, but they just didn't do a clean job. I wish they work their customer service better. I got the option of paying through Treatwell using credit card, so my logic says that they accept credit card in the shop. But they didn't. It's Amsterdam, so i thought it would be foreigner friendly dealing with cards. They probably should mention this on the site, that they don't accept credit card in the shop. I hope i got her name right since it's been few weeks now, Jamie who done my waxing is awesome!!
