I have been welcomed by a question; the person who took care on my waxing did it very quickly, it was painful and she left wax on my braxilian and under my arms. The day after i realized she actually burned part of it.
I saw this same person throwing the rubbish out and welcoming the new client without washing her hand. I'll never go back there, easy as that.

awkward experience and worst manicure of my life.
I tried this place due to its reviews and because my usual person was not available at another salon. Oh boy was Megan's a bad experience. Had a lady who doesn't speak a word of English - which was later on helped out by another colleague of hers which was fine.
At some point, I believe it was Megan herself scolded one of her employees in front of all the customers - which made everybody super uncomfortable (later i found out apparently this happens a lot) - just as i though it couldn't get any worse, my nail polish started peeling off as soon as i got to my bike because it was a very thick layer of nail polish (4 coats) which got into the consistency of a play-doh.
i am really confused by everyone else's reviews but had a horrific experience myself and will never go back.
