Really disappointed with my experience here. First there was a confusion with my booking, then I had to wait for so long that I was half an hour delayed for my appointment after. If I didn't interrupt to remind the girl that I need to remove my shellac first while she was busy with another customer, I would be even more delayed. It was also difficult to communicate in english as they didn't speak it so well. The shellac manicure itself was not good either, way too thick layers which already caused a chip in one nail the day after.

Love the mani, was not a super gezellig atmosphere but very relaxing! Will be back.

It was a nice manicure and pedicure session. The massage for the spa manicure can be better though.
