the biab is done ok,Ines is plesent to talk to, however when cutting the cutticles Ines cut me in couple of places. my cuticle got inflamed and its painfull. I expected more precision and attention to details.

Booked 1h Biab +Gel.Ines is lovely person and it was my 2nd visit. I was happy with 1st one.Ines was 15 min late(appointment at 9am perhaps too early) but I got a blame that my phone number was incorrect- not true(long term customer at WT and never happened before that I am not reachable).40 min of my appointment left and result is a very sloppy work. Uneven edges, air bubble in the top coat,gel lack on cuticle skin. Not impressed. Advice leave 20’ between meetings to have returning customer
