Ioanna is very professional and friendly. Listened to my wishes and followed my direction in what I wanted. Very thorough and takes her time in achieving perfect results - not a single hair to be found. Very responsive to messages and accommodating.
One suggestion I would make is to get more light for the work space, however the quality of her work does not seem to be affected by it.
