I’ve known Luciana for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that trusting her with my skin was the best decision I ever made. When I first came to her, I had very noticeable sunspots, and thanks to her experience and dedication, they’ve almost completely faded. Even when they return in the summer (despite using SPF 50+), they come back much lighter and easier to manage.
What I value most is that Luciana always knows exactly what my skin needs. You can feel the passion and love she puts into her work—she listens, advises, and adapts every treatment to me personally. Thanks to Bemestar and her professionalism, my skin is healthy, radiant, and best of all: I don’t look my age.

Every time I visit the team is professional, yet familiar. They give real advice and do not make you go through unnecessary treatments just to make some money. They much rather provide you with expertise and build trust. They truly set themselves in a higher qualitative and customer experience league where other establishments are only about quantity and earnings.
