I had an appointment at 10:30 AM for a hairstyle before a wedding, but the salon never opened. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with another client, both of us in disbelief. I then had to rush to find another hairdresser nearby.
It would have been appreciated if they had at least cancelled the appointment, so I wouldn’t have gone all the way there for nothing. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.
