In the past I’ve had good haircuts here, but apart from my own barber communication with the staff is very difficult since they seem not to speak Dutch and hardly any English. This time I booked an appointment online, got multiple reminders of that appointment but when I showed up was met with massive confusion and if I could just come back in two weeks or so. I enquired why something about sickness was mumbled and when asked why they couldn’t inform me before I came there there was no response

Had an appointment Friday at 12.15, stood before a closed door, after 5 min I decided to call the general number: no answer. After waiting 10 mins for a closed door, I decided to go home.

Het voelde erg gehaast. Binnen 10 minuten stond ik weer buiten. Geen styling aangeboden. Wel goed geknipt.

Had no haircut although I made an appointment through treatwell. Made an appointment with RR +/- 5 days before the date. Day of the appointment arrived in time at the shop. One barber was present at the shop helping 1 other customer. Although the present barber was friendly and polite, he told that no men's barber was around and therefore I couldn't be helped as he himself was not able/skilled to cut short/man's hair.
