Beste mensen, Ik had een afspraak voor een ultra-rood sauna behandeling bij BodycarebyKathy. Zij heeft mij de dag ervoor nog gebeld met de vraag wat de bedoeling was. Toen ik op de afspraak kwam, om 14.30 , moest ik eerst mijn schoenen op de gang uittrekken , om vervolgens binnen te horen dat de behandeling niet door kon gaan, omdat die ochtend de 'machine' kapot was gegaan. Ik was niet van te voren gebeld en kwam voor niks. Kathy kon niet aangeven hoe ik mijn geld terug kon vragen!
