I loved the treatment and my cut was very well done. I got also a very nice blow dry and the girl suggested additional treatments as shampoo that I will follow up with

Unfortunately my experience was not very great, I had to wait one hour before they could start with my appointment. I had to ask myself how much longer I had to wait, after 40 minutes of waiting, instead of them excusing theirselves or offering me a different solution. I was expecting top notch service for the top notch price I paid and I didn’t receive that. Treatment itself was good:)
