Arica is a fantastic hairstylist. She quickly understood my hair issues and suggested a great solution. I was happy with the way it turned out.
The salon has undergone a refurbishment, that I needed to get used to. Also the friendly and cheerful atmosphere that I know and normally love about visiting were missing on a sunday morning.

The stylist claimed to have years of experience but he did not give me what I asked for. He wanted to do what he had in mind and didn’t listen. I asked for balayage and my entire head was dyed. It took 5 hours for the service. The stylist also worked on other clients simultaneously which added to the wait time. I was shocked at the experience given the high reviews and the repeat customers who were in there.
