I am usually not the type to write a review if my experience was not up to standard but I feel that I do need to share. I used to come to cryo every 3 weeks when I lived in Amsterdam to do my nails and was always very happy. Visiting this week, I wanted my nails done again and was just disappointed. I feel that the level of service has gone down as well as the cleanliness of cryo. Additionally, I am not satisfied with my nails. They were done quite poorly and below standard.
