I got the gel polish removed successully but it was not done well. The process was so uncomfortable that I just wanted to be done and leave the venue.
To start with the place was quite unclean. The manicurist then started to pump acetone from a bottle and in doing that spilled acetone on my (quite expensive) rain jacket. There are still marks on the jacket and I am hoping a dry clean will fix this. She offered to cut nails but I realized they were quite uneven when I got home. Not going back!

Dinah was very nice and paid attention to the details! She was very quick and we finished in 20 minutes. The time passed quickly with some light conversation.
Not a very diverse choice of colours for gellak, but overall experience was good!
