I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, then they had issues with a light bulb in the salon and the girl doing my nails was up and down trying to sort it out, with no explanation to me. My toes were finished with the top coat finally on and then wiped to finish off and they went all matte, not shiny, like they hadn't been under the lamp long enough, but it was shrugged off and it wasn't apparent she knew why it happened so just put more top coat on. I was then left again for 10 minutes with my foot under the lamp the whole time.My appointment should have taken 35 minutes, it took 55 minutes. I was then to have my finger nails done straight after. I was left for another 15 minutes with no explanation, the girl doing my nails left the salon to run an errand. She came back and just picked up my hand and started working hurriedly. The edges were not as neat as they could have been and I am yet to see how long the nails last. Finally the pin machine was not working and was told I had to go to the cash machine down the road. By this time I was so late for another appointment I had booked in I ended up doing a direct bank transfer. It was not a great experience and I wont be going back.

The gel polish on my feet was great, but the one on my hands lasted literally only one day and then it started to peal off which is incredibly annoying after you pay that much. The girls were very nice and welcoming and overall was a nice experience, just something must have gone wrong with the gellac.

De masseuse had voor mijn gevoel een beetje haast. Ze ging meteen volle bak kneden, het voelde niet opbouwend of ontspannend aan. De ruimte vond ik niet heel schoon. Ik vroeg me af of de handdoeken waar ik op lag wel schoon waren. Ook de vloer voelde niet schoon aan.

I had a nice pedicure and manicure. Lots of choice in terms of colors for the shellac and very friendly personnel.
PIN was out of use, I only found out at the end (there was a sign, but I did not pay attention).
Overall nice.
