I should have trusted my instincts and left within the first few minutes—there was a full garbage bag on the chair, and I was asked to lie on a treatment bed with no cover. Still, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Valery seemed unsure of what to do, pacing around before starting the waxing. What followed was painful and poorly executed—so much so that I had to stop the session halfway through. Despite apologizing a few times, she still charged me for the full treatment, even though she did a poor job and didn’t complete it. Unprofessional, unprepared, and clearly lacking in training. Never again.

Super blij met mijn nagels, gedaan door Valerie :) eerste keer bij de ijdeltuit en vond vooral ook de sfeer erg gezellig, beetje huiselijk warm en voelde me ontzettend welkom. Mijn nieuwe vaste plek!

Wenkbrauwen zijn super mooi geverfd en geshaped. En het is ook altijd super gezellig. Ik kom snel weer terug.
