Worst lash lift I’ve ever had. It took 1h25 instead of the usual 45 minutes. Products got into my eyes during the treatment and it was extremely painful. My eyes are still red and my bottom lashes are now stuck together, stiff and damaged, and I believe I have an eye infection. I called today to come in, but they couldn’t even give me a time. Very disappointing. If you book here, I highly recommend Imke!! She’s lovely and does an amazing job!
